Credit-pack purchases are processed by Razorpay; we are the seller.

Failed renders

If a render fails, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

Credit-pack purchases

Credit-pack purchases are final and not refundable for now. If a render fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically — see "Failed renders" above. Where the law requires a refund, we will give one; email [support@your-domain] to ask.

If we discontinue VidStudio, we refund unused purchased credits.

Used credits

Credits spent on renders that completed are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If something went wrong because of a fault on our side, we will put it right with credits; we refund money only where the law requires it.

After a refund

When a purchase is refunded or charged back, the credits it added are removed from your balance, which can make it negative until you buy more. Free credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
